'Perfect' Disneyland Forever viewing spot?

We prefer between Main Street and the Hub. LOVE the projections onto the Main Street buildings. It's really fantastic.
We have not waiting more than 20 minutes for the show. You can walk up and get a good viewing spot. Everyone has to stand once it begins. All the positioning and shuffling around and high emotions is ridiculous (in my opinion). It just works out fine. Everyone gets to see. Kids are losing their minds waiting for an hour or more. I have witnessed crazy meltdowns (parents being the worst) all in the name of having fun and watching fireworks.

We prefer to camp out for the rope in front of the castle. Fantastic viewing!

But to save some time, this is also a good strategy to use. We ended up with a great view of the fireworks, the got curb side seating for the 2nd parade.
What we did is wait over by the rocks by the rocket ride. As soon as the first parade finished, we walked quickly to the hub and took our place. Then we were not waiting around for hours (just about 15 minutes) for the fireworks to start. Then right after the fireworks, as people began to clear out, we took our place on the curb and waited for the 2nd parade. Worked perfectly!
