Percentage sold out

Does anyone know what percentage sold out the newer resorts are (SS, AKV, BLT, AU) or know where to find out?

I have the impression that SS is still running behind AKV (and certainly BLT) in sales but would like to see the numbers.

SSR was sold out at one point - no idea where they are since they added the treehouses...

Keep in mind, Disney could opt to keep some units and use them for the hotel side.

wdrl and I both track BLT sales.
BLT is approximately 80% sold.

If anyone would like, I have a database with all the Orange County Comptroller BLT deeds I've found. It includes the OCC document number, date it appeared on the OCC web site, unit, and points. I can export it as a tab delimited file and e-mail it to anyone who would like. (Send me a PM if you are interested).

wdrl track's AKV sales. His number for just the AKV units show approximately 62% of all points for Kidani have been sold.

As previously mentioned, SSR was sold out. Then, Disney added the THV units to the SSR area. Somewhere I saw wdrl's numbers for THV units. I forget the exact numbers, but believe the THV are approximately 25% sold. The total points for all the THV units is small. I believe there are around 660,000 points remaining here.

I don't believe anyone has numbers on actual Aulani sales.

The following information is based on deeds recorded by Disney Vacation Development with the Orange County Comptroller through February 9, 2011.

AKV: 4,490,899 points sold -- 60.69%
BLT: 4,501,038 points sold -- 78.50%

Keep in mind that DVD cannot sell more than 98% of a resort's total points to the public. If AKV's and BLT's are adjusted, then DVD has sold 61.92% at AKV and 80.11% at BLT.

As noted by chalee94, DVD had previously declared SSR "sold out." Then, on January 22, 2009, it declared 30 of the 60 TreeHouse Villas for the DVC membership, which added 452,625 SSR points to the DVC inventory. When the remaining THVs are finally declared, SSR will have a total of 905,250 additional points. As of February 9, 2011, DVD has sold 211,608 points (23.38%) from the Units that were declared on January 22, 2009.

Since July 1, 2010, DVD has sold about 154,287 points at SSR that were drawn from Units that were declared prior to 2009. Since these were Units that had been previously called "sold out", I do not know if these were points that were reacquired by DVD through the ROFR and foreclosures proceedings, or whether they were points that had never been sold by DVD in the first place.

Unfortunately, I do not have any numbers for Aulani or the Villas at Grand California.
