Pepsi Blue

Ok. now I know this is not a knew thing for you guys, but for us Aussies it is........

So, I was just wondering how many of you have tried it & how many of those liked it?

It's not long hit our shores & we bought a bottle for the kids the other day & if it went on smell then they would vote no for it, but going on taste they like it.

They say it tastes a bit like gingerale. I've not tried it, the colour is enough for me.

I tried it, it tasted like liquid cotton candy. Way too sweet for me. I'll stick to regular Pepsi.

I am a definite Pepsi addict....but Pepsi blue, no way! Did not like it at all. Neither did DD.

Didn't like it I tried it more than once just to be sure, but I won't buy it again. It just tasted nasty to me.

I tried it and did not like it at all! YUCK!!! I'll stick to Pepsi. But I do like Sierra Mist!! Don't know if that's available "Down Under" yet. Annmarie

DS likes Pepsi Blue......not me though. I prefer Coke to Pepsi in general because I think Pepsi is too sweet.

I thought it was pretty nasty The kids didnt even care for it...I ended up dumping it down the drain after it sat, ignored, in the fridge for about a week

Both my DH and I tried it. I didn't like it at all (but I am not surprised as most things that are blue aren't things I go for). My DH thought it was okay. He said it was okay "nothing to write home about" but just okay.

Isn't it intersting how things like this don't really appeal to the adults.

My youngest DS has been busting to try it ever since he first heard it was here........I wanted to wait a bit till all the fuss had died down & also till it was on special. Well, we bought one bottle the other day & he virtually drank all of it, except for the one glass his brother had.

Mind you, first impressions were not THAT GOOD!! They both it was just ok, nothing too marvelous, now the youngest can't get enough of it.

This is the last bottle I'm buying for quite a while tho I think. It's not cheap enough to buy all the time.

Gail I prefer Coke to Pepsi too. But if Coke is not on special I'll buy Pepsi & suffer it.

ok, I'm the odd adult out. I like it.

Truth be told, the first time I tried it, I didn't like it. I got to try it a couple more times, and it grew on me. I look at it as something different from all the other standard choices that are out there.

One caveat, this soda MUST be drank cold. Very cold if possible. I won't drink it warm, as it just tastes blah. If you drank it without cooling it first, try it again, over ice.

I think it tastes like a melted freezer pop -- yucky to me!

DS8 liked it at first but after the first couple of cans/bottle, he no longer has much appeal for it.

15yo DS LOVES it! I've never tried it.

I haven't tried it (the only pepsi drink I'll drink is 7-up). My kids tried it. They said it tasted like Kool Aid.

I like it a lot! I didn't think it was all that great at first, but it really grew on me. I guess I'm unusual for an adult - I love blue foods and drinks!

I love pepsi blue. It is good also sweet. I also tried vaniila coke and I love both flavors
