Yep! My husband got it using a CS credit for lunch one day.

The only limitations on the Dining Plan at Pepper Market are the desserts, you are allowed a cookie. We were able to get the ribeye steak and the prime rib. Even my dd9 ate steak there, she had a blast. Enjoy!!
