Sorry, haven't been there since last Nov. so can't speak to current menu. However, we ate at Pepper Market very often in our 20 days of
DDP, so obviously we liked it!
The Chef's Special changes each dinner; some were very good, some we didn't bother.
We didn't get the steak because we figured it was a cheap cut & wouldn't be worth the DDP credits.
We got an ice cream sundae once & it was awful - ice cream was partially melted before it hit our bowl.
Once we got the pasta (create your own to a certain degree). It was good, but nothing great. However it was too big for one of us, so we split.
Many times we got the Nachos. We thought they were absolutely yummy. The flavoring was special - much better than we have ever tasted. We always got chicken, so I'm assuming it was the seasoning on the chicken (but not hot seasoning). These were too big for 1 person, so we split.
We saw some other Mexican dishes prepared (open grill so we could watch), & they looked yummy too & the portions were huge.
Upon entering PM, one is shown to a table. A server takes & serves drinks & refills. Then the diner goes to the food court & gets their own food. After eating, one pays at a register & cash customers are charged 10% tip. DDP folks are supposed to leave the tip on the table.
We'll be back at PM during our upcoming Dec 2011 trip. I think it is one of the best counter service spots for Disney dining.
Enjoy.
