I've never been on the dining plan before, or been to the Pepper Market before! I think I'm right in syaing that even though you get a server at the Pepper Market, it is a counter-service restaurant? Is it on the dining plan or is it exempt?

Yes, the Pepper Market is a counter service. It is also on the dining plan.

I'm not sure what menu is up but it has changed over the last two months. You can now only get the steak at dinner, not at lunch.
