Pepper Market at CSR and food allergies

I saw in another thread that Pepper Market is not owned by Disney and may not be as allergy friendly. Anybody have experience with this? My ds9 is peanut and tree nut allergic. We are booked to stay at CSR in march, but I wouldn't mind switching to POFQ or POR. Thoughts?

Had zero issues there in August. We ate at Pepper Market for breakfast and lunch. I think there was plenty to eat at both meals. Just no pastries.

However, I didn't request food fresh from the back- we ate off the buffet.

With just peanut/tree but allergies we were fine.

CSR is our favorite resort and our DS5 (well he will be 6 in 2 days) is PA. We like pepper market a lot. Plenty of choices. You do have to ask questions and sometimes ask to speak with a manager if there is a language barrier but we had a few awesome CM's last trip. Dessert are pretty much a no go anywhere but they were willing to open a fresh carton of ice cream for DS and we were good with that. Lots of fresh fruit and I don't remember anything outstanding like PBJ on the line.

Thanks. My mom is traveling with us and is gluten free. Any concern regarding that?
