I was solo for a day at Epcot and sat down for awhile to take a rest.
A lady walked by me and she had the same shirt on as I did. It was just a white ruffled tank top from JCP. She saw me and we just smiled at each other.

Besides the obvious Disney shirts, have you ever seen someone where the same shirt/pants that you were wearing at the same time?

My dh left to his conference and he snapped this picture of me.

Not me, but my kids, all the time!

I donate stuff to the thrift store pretty often, so there's a chance it really is theirs (well, someone else's now). I always want to chase the mom down and say, "Hey! Hey! My kids had that dress! You like Old Navy? You want some more? If she has a little sister, I have it in a smaller size too!" :lmao:

Of course they'd be hurrying away, pretending not to hear me. :rolleyes1

That happened to DD17 at Hollywood Studios over Easter Break. The woman was sitting on a bench and we walked by and I was like "OMG, she has the same shirt as you!"

DD went back over to her and said "Nice shirt!" and they got a big laugh out of it. The funny thing was it was a layered tank we had bought her specifically for vacation.

This happened to me a few years ago. We were traveling with another family and we had adjoining rooms. We got dressed in opposite rooms and when we came together we relized we had the exact same tank top on. We laughed :rotfl2:and took a picture of it and then one of us went and changed.

I was at Kalahari last year floating down the lazy river when my daughter noticed another woman had the same bathing suit that I had on. My boss and I have bought the same shirt at Kohls but different colors, whew!

My job allows me to be on the internet at work and I like to browse online at stores, so I know pretty much what is out there, but I have seen some amazing outfits. There are times, I wanted to ask where people got their clothes. Dresses especially.

Happened to me on our trip to WDW last month. I even pointed it out the the lady wearing the same shirt (as she walked by). We both smiled. :)

I was watching an episode of Desperate Housewives and saw old Mrs. McClusky wearing a shirt I had hanging in my closet upstairs......

EEEKK! I could not wear that shirt again! Maybe I need a new style. :happytv:

last spring when leaving a banquet facility for my sister in laws bridal shower I ran into a few girls coming into the place for a wedding recpetion and another girl and I had the same dress on.

I said "I like your dress" and she looked at me with a mean nasty look like I had two heads and shouldnt be talking to her. Then after an awkward silence it finally clicked and she looked properly ashamed.

my son one summer had a charlie brown shirt from the gap outlet that was like a linus body and the neck cut off like so it was his neck/head . I saw a lot of kids wearing the same shirt that summer

a girl at work and I have the same fabric from target - but mines a dress and hers is a shirt . Luckily, we'eve never come in matching :)

thats about all I can think of

Second time we went to WDW, i bought a blue shirt with Tinkerbell on the front. We went to CRT for dinner, and low and behold sitting one table over to my left was a MAN with the same shirt on. No, i didn't acknowledge that we had the same shirt as we never made eye contact. I probably would have though. It was a bit startling to see my shirt on a guy though.

A coworker and I wore the same dress to work on the same day once. We were both in the same small department (maybe 5 of us)? We had a laugh about it in the morning and then avoided each other for the rest of the day! :rotfl2:

After that, she would wear that dress the day after I wore it- every time. If I didn't wear it for a month, neither did she! We worked together for a long time and joked about it through the years.

This past April we went to WDW for a family reunion. One morining we step outside our room and there is SIL and her family - DD and DN had on the same top. I turned DD around and had her change, she still wore the top later in the week since we did not have extras (and it is a really cute top!).

I did see several ppl wearing the same clothes - especially kids. There is a Walmart top with Mickey's body (like the Linus one a pp mentioned) which I saw at least once a day.

Happens all the time, I usually smile and say "nice shirt". LOL

On our trip in Feb, we went out to the bus stop at our hotel to wait for the bus to AK. A family walked up and their teenaged daughter was wearing the same shirt as me, a v-neck from Kohl's Junior's dept. It was white with grey wide stripes on it, and one of the stripes near the bust was teal. DH looked at her and me and back to her again, and said "I told you that you should stick to the Misses Dept. I think you forget we're in our 30's now." I just laughed.

The funny thing is, I had just gotten that shirt earlier that week just for vacation, and mine was TOO BIG! It was just amusing to me though, that I was wearing the same thing as a high schooler at Disney World.

There's also one shirt that I got as a gift from MIL that my secretary has the exact same one of. I only wear mine if I'm going to be OUT of the office most of the day at meetings or whatever.

Yes!! A couple years ago I bought a cute light green print shirt from WalMart just for my WDW trip because it was so lightweight & perfect for a day in the park. There was a lady in Epcot with the same shirt on the same day I wore mine. We just smiled at each other.

Last October at Animal Kingdom was a lady in the exact shirt as mine. I got it at Kohl's 2 days before we left. I smiled and said "nice shirt", but she looked at me like I was insane.

This happened to me last January. We were on the Disney Wonder Panama Canal cruise and I had been chatting with some people on-line through the disboards before the cruise. Another women and I both had younger kids so we met on the first day and our kids played together the whole cruise. There were 2 formal nights because of the length of the cruise and on the second formal night we both wore the same exact formal dress! And it was not a Disney dress. We thought it was so funny we took a "twins" picture. :lmao:

This has happened to my DH and I other times but all those were Disney shirts.

Yes! This happened to DH while we were at La Nouba!!

He's not much of a shopper, so it was a big stretch to get him to GO to Old Navy, let alone BUY something he'd wear in WDW!! But we managed to find him a nice button down shirt (turqouise blue & white striped).

We get seated at La Nouba & our seats are at the end of the row farthest from the aisle (so we were right next to the "wall" of the section entrances). We were only a row or 2 up from the floor, so the wall wasn't very high (aka you could see the people coming in & they could see you). DH was closest to the wall.

I was people watching as people were coming in & all of a sudden I just bust out laughing...DH asks why...I point to the people coming in & standing RIGHT next to DH looking around for his seat is a guy w/the EXACT same shirt on! Since it stood out a bit, I thought it was really funny. DH hoped the guy didn't see him, but I don't know how you couldn't...I mean it WAS turqouise striped after all!

Of all the shirts & all the people & all the places to be in WDW...not only is a shirt twin seen, but standing right next to DH. :rotfl2: We still laugh about it.

In 2008, I was leaving Carousel of Progress with my then boyfriend. I had purchased this navy tank top with white polka dots from Forever 21 and thought it was the perfect Magic Kingdom top (only in my crazy mind do I relate clothing items with parks when I'm not even shopping for a vacation :rolleyes1). It was something like $9 (and I spent another $10 at the dry cleaning place getting the straps shortened :rolleyes2). Anyways, we walked out of Carousel of Progress and there were 4 other girls wearing the same top! They were all together and my DBF kept trying to get me to go up to them and get a picture taken together. Never happened though.

I had an OB appointment this morning, and there were 2 other women in the waiting room wearing the same black and grey striped maternity shirt as I was wearing. I guess there is a limited pool for finding maternity clothing...:rolleyes1
