I only know enough about POC's that a quick google search will give, but if it only needs to be plugged in I know there is a large area with charging stations by the Tangled Castle(near fantasyland, between Small World and Columbia Harbour House). They also have a bunch of hidden Pascal's behind a fence for you to find while you wait
