People mover refurb announced!

That sucks about the people mover. I have never ridden it because I always focus on getting everything else done and was never interested in taking the time. But, I am going and taking my gramma for her 80th and will have to move slower with her and that ride would have been something her speed. :-/

My thoughts too when I read that post, lol, but I see the explanation for it. Done Astro Orbiter once and it was one time too many for me. I was about 10 seconds away from sharing some magic with everyone else up there Lillykat, would a DAS perhaps help you on this trip?

Thank you I was told in the past we could get one. But I feel it is for those wit more severe issues. We have been great in the past by planning, using FP, rope drop etc. my DD last trip had high ride expectations. She saw the YouTube videos but then on the actual ride was a different reaction. I could not make sense of what would be successful or not. Both my younger DD nor I have motion issues so it is foreign to me. My DH has issues but can do BTMR and splash but not SM. She just would repeat my head hurts and I feel green. Lol

But those months have spikes at certain periods. They're not jammed to the gills the entire time. The time they picked will be jammed all 4 months.

but those summer months are nowhere near capacity like those holiday breaks. Besides, I'd rather have them work on the TTA during the summer than delay more refurbs just to keep that ride open. It's the TTA, not Space Mountain.
I've visited when my family's favorite rides were down, Space Mountain and Test Track, and didn't complain about it. I am just glad they are working on maintaining high standards.
