people joining mid vacation

We have two two-bedroom villas that we are splitting between 15 people, paying cash not points. Two of these people want to join us only on the last weekend. Can we add them to the room mid-vacation? That would give them keys as well as we want to add the ultimate park hoppers for them at that time. (They are planning on going to disney downtown at night). Is this possible? Or do we just have them move in unofficially? I really don't want to do that because then they couldn't use the pools, etc. Thanks for your help!

Well from the posts I've seen they won't give more keys then the occupancy limit. And for a 2 bedroom that limit is 8 people. I'm not sure how all of that works, but that is what I've seen over on the DVC boards. You may want to ask over there as well.

yes, I mean there will be 15 of us when the other two join, we will NOT be going over the occupancy limit.

Just mention to the front desk CM that there will be two additional people joining you later in the trip. You can get keys for them at that time or when they arrive. Should not be a problem either way.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to get the late arrivals UPH tickets. Those are for the entire length of stay only - you can't get them for less than that even if some of the guests aren't arriving until the end of the trip.

I suppose it wouldn't hurt to ask, but you should be prepared to be turned down. Sorry.
