Pending review for citizenship documents

Hi, my immigration status is too complicated to be covered by one visa and hence my check-in is still pending review when my cruise is less than one week away. Would it be able to solve the issue at the port? Will there be any one experienced or any CBP official at the port to solve the problem?

Sometimes on-line check in doesn't clear until a day or two before the cruise. With that said any issues can be corrected at the Port. You should get an email if there are issues.
