Pending Magic Bands Magically Disappeared??

On My Disney Experience it is only showing a Magic Band pending for my DH. Mine, DD and DS are all missing! I only noticed because someone on the board mentioned light purple being a new choice in another thread and I wanted to check it out. I know I had chosen the colours for all 4 of us earlier. Anyone in the same boat? My gut says to let it ride and it will resolve itself but......

MDE is wonky lately. My Magic Bands were OK, but things have appeared and disappeared in the past week. I also can't pre-order my BOG lunch. It just spins and tells me Stitch ate the page.

I just got my Magic Bands yesterday! There wasn't light purple when I ordered. I missed out!!

I had that issue (but not for BOG) and a CM in chat told me to open a new incognito browser in Chrome when I have that Stitch issue. I haven't had a problem since!

(It's probably called something else in IE or firefox, but I don't know what offhand)

It’s not showing any new colors. I just checked.

Is the light purple supposed to be a new option for the included magic bands, or is it one of the ones you would have to pay extra for?

I love all of these “magical enhancements” Disney is doing lately. I have been having major problems with FastPass all week (apparently I am maxed out at 6 days of FP). But it appears that MDE is also having issues. I will never understand Disney technology.

Is the light purple possibly light pink? This is a new option for purchase but is not a choice for the MBs included with a Disney resort stay.

I haven't seen any new colours either. Maybe the person was mistaken, or hadn't seen the purple that's been around for a few years now.

I like the light pink but don't see a point in buying one if we only go once a year and they are included in our package.

I haven't checked today if everyone has reappeared but I will later!

Oh wow! Thank you! I am just now reading this post. I was finally able to make the lunch order on Friday. I will have to remember this idea.
