I got home from Fresno yesterday and had to go to work right away. But, I received my letter and "twist" from Patsy. The "twist" was Mini Meles: toffee coated macadamia nuts covered in chocolate---three of my favorite things. They were breakfast

Glad to hear from you. I had pmed you back. Just post here once your letter/twist has been sent out, so that I can keep track of it. You do have till the second Sunday of May to send out your letter/twist.

Slap my wrist, finals screwed me.

I'm here to check in, though I haven't checked in at all so far. I'm so so sorry. Ornithology has taken more of my time than I would have liked, and I have neglected the boards for some time. But I'm here now, since class is over with and DONE!

I received your letter Friday afternoon.....and the Hershey candy bar It is so nice to be hearing from you.

My letters are almost ready, but I do have to get the "treat". My plans are to have it out by Thursday. I will post when I actually get it into the mail.

I missed last weeks check in! Oy vey! But don't worry, I still exist...I did not disappear to a deserted island, was not abducted by aliens, and did not fall off the face of the earth..... Although, the island is a great idea, the aliens would be interesting and the other well--it's a last resort option.

My letter is done. I am currently working on the treat...should go out this weekend. I will post when it is on its way.

Still can't believe it is the last of April already!
