Pen Pal for kids

Not sure if this is the right place for this but I was wondering if there is a forum for a pen pal for kids (of course the younger ones would need someone to type for them). Just thinking it would be nice for kids to have pen pals to talk about Disney. Does anyone think this would be feasable?? Just asking, hope no-one becomes offended I know we all have plenty to do.

I personally think this would be a great idea. I know that a lot of people have fears about who their child would be talking with however. As I would be sitting with my kids during their time on the computer, this would not be an issue for us. I know that my youngest gets very excited when she is sitting with me and I get on disboards, just because it's all about Disney and sometimes I ask her opinions on things to include in my postings.

I thought it would be nice for kids to talk with other kids about Disney just as we have fun doing it, and I figured it would be pretty safe with someone watching them.

Did anyone hear anything about this? MY DDs would love to email other kids from different states to talk about Disney and the princesses.

I'm sure you could count my boys in (7 and 5), especially as I think it would be good educational practice as well as them making a new friend. Let me know if anyone is going to get this set up.

Great idea my d age 10 would love to have a disney pen pal. I'm in if it gets started.

But I have no idea how to start this up. I am kinda new to the boards but came up with the idea after seeing exchanges etc. and thought this might be real interesting for kids. My 5 1/2 year old newphew would love to have a pen pal and one that likes Disney is even better. I agree it would be a great learning experience for kids to use the computer or for the younger ones to express themselves to an adult typing for them. I sure hope someone can get this started.
