Pellegrino, etc

I know that at some restaurants they will let you have your Evian or Pelligrino as your included drink, but in case some don't, does anyone know what the average prices of those are?

All Ears does not list drink prices for most of the sit down restaurants.

My husband and I got a large bottle of pellegrino at Artist point , counted as two drinks. He got an individual bottle of Perrier, counted as his one drink on deluxe plan. We ordered room service, one large litre bottle of evian came, counted as one drink - go figure.
