peircings or tattoos?

I have my ears pierced once. I want to get my cartlige (sp?) pierced and my belly button. I don't like tatoos but I'll wear a Hennah (sp?) tatoo. I had one last summer. It would be on my lower back or ankle. ( I hate needles)

I'm in the process of designing my own tattoo. I've tooled around on photoshop but in the end I'm going to have the artist draw it as many times as it takes until its to my liking. To get some idea of what it looks like, its going to be a skull encased in a wreath/garland type design. All black, no colors.

I have 5 piercings -- two in each ear, the cartilage in my left ear, and my belly button. I'm thinking about getting my right tragus pierced, but I heard it hurts like hell, so I'm not sure yet.

No tattoos for me. I really want a small one on my hip, but I want it to mean something and I just haven't found a picture that means enough to me yet for me to sit the needle lol.

if i ever get an urge to get a tattoo, it will probably just be a temporary one. i'd never get a permanent one.
as for piercings, i have my ears pierced and i think that's enough for me. maybe a double piecing, i dunno.

i think piercings are a better choice because if you get tired of it or need to hide it for some reason you can always take it out and put it back in later if you want. if you get a tattoo it should be something you know you will want forever or something you can hide if you need or want to

i have my industrial pierced, each ear is gauged to a zero and i have 2 other holes in my left ear and 3 in my right and the left side of my lip is pierced. ill probably end up getting a few more holes in each ear and i doubt ill get any more facial piercings. im eventually gonna get a tattoo in memory of my friend who died last summer. im not sure what i want it to be yet but im designing it myself and i just want it to be something small and simple. i might get another tatoo in the future but im not sure what id get.

Piercings can be temporary...Tattoos are FOOOREEVER...(unless you are insane enough to try to get them removed...OOOOOOWWW!!!)

I have 2 piercings in each lower ear and 1 in my right cartilage I may get another I don't know yet. and Maybe if I get skinnyer I may get my belly buttom pierced. And for tatoos I don't have any but I want to get a cross (which I want to design myself) in memory of my grandfather who died and he was really religous so I know that would be a good tribute to him. and I may get a couple more just haven't found the right ones to consider.

I don't have anything and I don't really want anything. And if I don't get my ears pierced before my 16th birthday I get a tenner off my dad because he reckons I can't do it. I reckon some tatoos look really cool but I'm bad with pain and I don't want something that's permanent.

wat ya mean the length? it not very long. wen i first got it done they put a massive thing in and u cant take it out 4 ages! but now i got it alot smaller. it dont hurt tho!

yeah thats what i meant.. i know people who have them and there is just a HUGE hole when they take them out. Others dont have that much damage to their tongue. I like the smaller ones better and stuff, I think it looks better.

I heard it hurts though, your lucky that yours didn't.
