I notice on the character spotting guide there,s a character called "Peg leg Pete", is this the same character, who used to be known as Black Pete?

Peg Leg Pete does not do greetings in the park. There is s street performer in Frontierland name Gold Dust Pete or something similar, so maybe that's who the guide ment.
