There was a Grandfather with his son and small grandson watching the movie. Both the GF and Father had to talk to the boy and say that cussing wasn't appropriate language......they were both quite shocked when that happened in the movie.

Chapter 65. Friday, February 8th. Day 9. Part 7. Adult fun and the naughty mat.

Happy 4th of July

I've spent today chillin. I'm avoiding parties with alcohol today as I don't think my immune system has fully recovered from being sick.

I've spent the last 6 hours DISing just catching up and still have many more to read.....

i thought I'd take the opportunity to do an update.....

When we last left you, Kim and I had spent some time at Stormalong Bay trying to go from pasty white to off white.

We went back to the room to eat our food from Hurricane Hanna's and babysit so Derek, Wendy, Joshie and VeJoJo (remember that nickname?) could go out to eat.

Derek and Wendy were getting ready. The kids were playing around and Kim and I ate our food. We did get to shower as well.

Josh and Robo came over with Baby J who was surprisingly docile. So here's the story of their day. They were up all night because Baby J was sick. In the morning, they were shuttled over to Urgent Care (Free, by the way) and were told that Baby J had and ear infection. They got a prescription for some antibiotics and 280 dollars later were back at the BCV so they could all get some rest.

We were all worried that Baby J would be crying for another few hours as she had a few nights earlier...but guess what....she was sooo tired..she went right to sleep for the entire night.

Derek, Wendy, Josh and Robo had 6pm ADRs for Narcoossee's,but didn't walk out the door until about 5:30pm. They decided to cab it over and made it over in time. Narcoossee's is on the water at the Grand Floridian Resort just in case you didn't know.

But ends up having a bit too much and has to pray to the porcelain god:

I think they all have the Surf and Turf. At 54 dollars just for this entree, it's a good value on the DDP even at the 2 TS credits.

After dinner, I think they take the monorail and go to Epcot to do some shopping.....

Meanwhile back at the BCV:

Kim and I babysit for the kids. Baby J is fast asleep.

Erin has some homework to complete and if she completes it both Dylan and she get a prize. Needless to say, Erin completes her homework and they are both rewarded with a coloring kit:

I warn them both if they are going to play with the pens they must do it on the table or put something beneath the paper so the pens don't leak. I even show them how to do it....

As they are playing, Kim updates her trip journal. I wonder what she wrote...perhaps that I was a stone cold fox....:

I check on Dylan and Erin and I see Dylan playing with the pens ON the carpet........He leaves a bit of a present for the BCV carpet. Thank God it doesn't show up too much:

Dylan ends up in the Naughty Corner:

I'm lay on the floor and I tell Kim....I bet it won't take long until I fall asleep. She said I was out in about 3 minutes. Great babysitter..... :

I'm not out that long and I get up and give the kids their baths. Here I am drying Erin's hair:

Dylan's ready for bed....and....the Weather Channel on in the background:

Joshie and Robo came back first and picked up Baby J as they had to pack. They were leaving the next day.

Derek and Wendy came back a bit later. Kim and I decided to head over to the ESPN Club....

Well, you lost some baby-sitter points due to the nap on the floor.

But you regained those points and then some with drying Erin's hair. I'm too lazy to dry my OWN hair most of the time! I'm impressed!

So sad about baby J getting an ear infection at Disney World. Those hurt!

We stayed home and relaxed and as it turns out it rained anyway so we were glad to not be out in it. We watched the fireworks on TV and it turns out we could see the ones on TV over some buildings from our 5th floor apartment!

Hope your eyes aren't bleeding after all the DIS reading today!

Wendy knows that when the kids nap...I do. This time I got to nap since Kim was around..

I don't mind drying hair. I would do almost anything for Erin....

Baby J must've been letting us know earlier that she wasn't feeling well....too bad we caught it too late....
