Hey Jordan - Crazy busy but I am caught back up Budget looks great, but I have a question (sorry if it has been asked but I skipped the conversation in betweeen so I could get caught up). Why are you paying for snacks on the 1st part of the trip when you have the DDP?

I got Trial size Free!!Tha'ts IF you don't count the $60 + it cost to have my teeth cleaned !!! Yup I have toothpaste, toothbrush and floss now !!!!

Jordan...I think some effort should be made in a DisneyDrunkFest. Winkers and EnglishRose are going to a lot of trouble to capture it all on video/pictures/recordings.

Which now makes me anxious to see it (though it's not happend as of yet).

There you have it my budget day-by-day. 30 dollars will get me 3 premium beers and tip (6-7 dollar/beer). 50 dollars will get me 4 mixed drinks at 7-8.50 a pop plus tip. I pad those just a little to give me wiggle room. I also pad the money for snacks...

What about your snack credits?

The budget looks really good. But don't you get snack credits? I was just wondering why you have $5 for snack each day if you have snack credits. You could use that 5 bucks on something else if you use the credits.

Just what I was thinking...

That 5 dollars is my fudge factor. Say I'm at World Showcase and want a Grey Goose Slushie, some of those 5 dollar snacks I've allotted can go for that. However, on the WS day, I did budget 15 dollars for snacks knowing I'd probably have 1-2 drinks around the world..... The money I've allocated for drinks is strictly for my nightly "waiting for a drunk story" drinking.

Ahhh.... I know understand all. Adult snacks.


Hey, I almost forgot - I almost choked when I came across a "literary" chonies reference! I'm reading U is for Undertow, the new one by Sue Grafton. On page 227 her heroine Kinsey Millhone "put on clean choners and then shimmied into black tights." I guess its a real word after all!

Winkers here's what we'll do if Jordan attracts another drunk !! There's some decent bushes by Petals , we'll hide in them with cameras in hand and take pix thru out the whole magnet meeting !! Should we bring a recorder too !!! Then it wouldn't be a "SILENT" movie Heck we need camcorders, lights tooo Maybe we could borrow the firedepartments ladder so we can get an eagle view !! I know just what you mean. I don't know why it's so much easier to budget for a trip. I can say that the last few months before a trip I can pinch pennies until they beg for mercy, but why can't I do this in every day life?

I wish I planned as good in real life as I did for my WDW vacations.

Do you ever use the timer on your camera? Or do you prefer to torture your poor room mate?

I always allot extra for my snacks even with the DDP.
