Peeling nails ?

Anyone know a remedy for peeling nails? I used to have really strong nails. Lately they're just peeling off in sheets. Ugly and uncomfortable. Any ideas?

Mine used to do that all the time. I am not sure what causes it. I think it might have something to do with diet, though. They don't seem to peel as badly when I am eating better.

Now that you mention it, I remember my mom using Knox gelatin for her nails. Forgot all about that! Thanks!

You can also buy geletin in a capsule if that's easier for you to take. You might want to check your diet too - you may be lacking some minerals. My son started getting white spots on his nails - the chiropractor actually noticed them - he has a mineral deficiency.
