Peanut butter recall

For those who have not heard Peter Pan and Great Value Peanut butter have been recalled. The product # begins with 2111
The peanut butter has salmonella

I have Kroger brand based out of Cinci, OH! I had to go check because we usually have Peter Pan on hand...

DS5 only eats Peter Pan too. But we ran out so I've been using Skippy.

Isn't it funny how our kids get real particular with their foods??
My kids and DH will only eat Eckrich hot dogs and bologna... but they don't understand that the fairs and sports events use another brand...and they'll eat it..but won't eat it at home... *go figure*

Yep, got one of those. Anyone know if Wal-Mart is doing refunds or do I actually have to spend money to mail the cap to them. That part irritates me

My dad sent me information about retaining a refund from the manufacturer, but I deleted it and can't find it. We had the recalled peanut butter and had to throw it out.

I have one too. Haven't heard of anyone giving refunds if you have the 2111 cap. I think everyone must send them in.
