mom7011,
momof2inPA son had a reaction to the Mickey bars. I emailed Nestle and they are made on shared equipment. Although my daughter has had these before successfully, I'm not going to chance it again.
There are numerous soft serve locations that I feel confident about and there are a few Popsicles type items in the carts I might let my daughter have.
As far as counter service, I once emailed WDW and they sent me a reply back that with only a couple exception such as Chinese food, etc. peanut oil is not used in the parks.
Of all the trips my daughter has taken we've never had a problem with the standard French fries, etc. Usually, there is "someone" in charge at the larger counter service areas that can confirm the oil before you buy.
Good luck!
