Peanut Allergies/Artificial Almond Extract

Hello --

Can anyone confirm if cookies baked with artificial almond extract are okay for someone with peanut allergies? The ingredients on the bottle are 'water, alcohol and benzaldehyde'.

I'm making cookies for my kids' Christmas party and I've just noticed that the recipe for the spritz cookies calls for artificial almond extract.
