Peanut allergies and Disney dining

Greetings all:

I recall reading somewhere how Disney accomodates special dietary needs - specifically a peanut allergy in my daughter - but I can't recall where I read it or what the gist of it was.

If anyone knows the policy or can point me in the right direction it would be very appreciated.

From what I've read Disney takes food allergies very seriously and does a wonderful job accomodating vistors by making meals safe and enjoyable. Deb Will's site has some information:
