Peak time of day for car rental?

We are arriving on 10/23 at 9:30 am and renting from Thrifty and this will be the first time we've rented a car at MCO. My Thrifty resi is $60 better than any onsite company for a full size. We'd like to be on our way as soon as possible. I've joined the Thrifty Blue Chip program and I know that Thrifty is off site. I've read many posts that say the shuttle is pretty fast. Can anyone who has rented before tell me if this is a very busy time of day for the rental companies...I'm sure they all share the same busy period??

I haven't used Thrifty in the morning, but I have encountered huge crowds at other counters even in the middle of the night...depends on how many planes have just come in. We've used Thrifty a few times and the shuttle has always been right there waiting. I think once I didn't see it and was just about to call when it pulled up before I could even get the phone out! With Blue Chip, you shouldn't have much of a wait at the office either.
And by the way, busy periods can vary by company. A National rep. told me their busy period is in the morning, while Alamo's is later in the day because they cater to leisure customers while National focuses more on business people.
