Has anyone stayed here and loved it? The price right now is great on Expedia for a three night stay. It says that its two block from DL, but it doesn't look that close when I pull up the map.

How was the breakfast and the pool?

We stayed there last year as it's my sister in law's time share. The hotel itself is fine. I don't have any super pros or cons. I did like that our room had a seperate sitting area that was seperated by a door because we were able to set up my infant daughter's pack n play there and she slept better. We didn't use the pool but it looked smallish. My niece and nephew like it though. The breakfast is standard cold stuff -donuts, pastries, some cereal, juice, milk, coffee etc. They have breakfast sandwiches for sale (I believe they are the frozen variety that you heat in the microwave). The breakfast room gets REALLY crowded as it's very small. I think it's further than 2 blocks away...We had 2 little ones and based on the ART ride, I wouldn't have tried walking it with them in tow.

We have stayed there twice in the last 2 years. We really like it. Our room had 2 double beds in the bedroom, and a pull down double bed in the sitting area. It was good for us, if someone wanted to watch tv they could, while the others slept.
I agree with everything the last Poster said.
If you can try & get a room on the 4th floor, so no one is above you & you are away from the breakfast room. It was really quiet on that floor when we stayed there.
There is a 7/11 right next door, and it is an easy walk to Garden Walk for dinner. There are some really nice restaurants there.
Also the ART bus stops right out the front. You can buy tickets from the hotel .
My daughter & I walked to DL one morning, but it was a long walk.
One thing it doesnt seem to mention anywhere is that it is valet parking only, as the car park is very small. If you are driving it costs $8.00 per day to park there.
We will be going again Nov 2011, and will be staying there again!!
