PDA's on flights

Does anyone know if there are any problems getting through security check points if you have a PDA or Pocket PC. My wife seems to remember hearing something about that but inot sure.

We are putting together out packing list and are deciding whether or not to bring out Ipaq.

We always bring our PDA (Palm Pilots) with us, and have never had a problem going through security with them, or using them on the plane.
