PDA vent

Alright, so currently, I am sitting in this room on my university campus....it's a room filled with bean bags, meant for a place to just chill and relax. There are a few of us loners on our computers (ie; me) a rather large group of extremely LOUD people speaking another language...and also....
This DIRTBAG couple, RIGHT next to me HARDCORE making out.
I ACTUALLY want to punch them in the head. Actually, I want to puke on them and then punch them in the head.
I can hear their disgusting slurping noises...it's repulsive.

I honestly don't mind me a little PDA, I'll kiss my BF wherever I want...but by kiss I don't mean dry hump! These people are making me sick. ICK
I don't want to sound like a prude---because, I'm not. But seriously, have these people not heard of respect?! Control your loins! Or at least go somewhere that NO ONE else is around--sorry but putting a coat over your heads does not mask your disgusting slurping noises.

And THEY have the audacity to look up and give ME a dirty look when I make noise to try and call to their attention that their are other people in the room/ UUUUUGH

Okay, sorry /end rant. Just had to get that out.

Anyone have a similar experience? / How do you feel about PDA?

Lol just saw that FB.
But yeah, that would bother me. Especially if I'm trying to work.
But otherwise, PDA only bothers me if they're practically making a third life form.

pda kinda bothers me, but only like the hardcore stuff. kissing/hugging, nah. but like, dry humping, yeah thats not good.

Honestly, I don't usually mind PDA--I know what it's like to want to kiss your BF...but really...this is a uni campus--there are LOTS of other people around...and uuugh. my vents are futile. i fear this will never end until someone gets hungry or has to pee or somethin haha...which might be long after i leave

I know what you mean. Oddly, PDA doesn't seem like a big deal around here. Sure, you'll see people kissing/hugging, but that doesn't bother me.

That sucks, Caitlin. Maybe try to move to a room where there's not people attempting to procreate?

Yuck!
My roommate did that with her BF (i guess now fiance) and I 'pretended' to be asleep, but I heard the whole darn thing. After awhile it got to be way too much, so I made alot of noise (but they kept on going) and eventually left and went to my good friend's apartment and crashed on the couch.

But yeah....lots of PDA around here.
Like even with my DBF, I don't like to be in a place where we might be bothering others. It makes me feel uncomfortable when others are. KWIM?

Last year I was with these other people in my major and we were in this study area on my campus. There was this couple sitting on the couch making out. Then he laid down on top of her and then she laid on top of him. Finally they moved to the floor and I started to just burst out laughing along with everyone else I was with. Eventually they left but it was so inappropriate and rude! At least go somewhere private...they were practically mauling each other!!!

I'll hold my boyfriend's hand, give him a hug, and just a simple kiss or two in school and in public. But I don't makeout and all this stuff. It's something we kind of like keeping to ourselves. Plus, we like to respect other people.

When I see my friends and their boyfriend holding hands and hugging, etc, I make jokes but really as long as its rated PG I'm ok with it. But once you start hearing noises or seeing one of them literally attack the other's face and hands moving all over, it's a bit too much.

we hold hands in the hallway. and we always compete to try to give the tiniest kisses goodbye. but at the end of the day he hugs me and picke me up and gives me a kiss, nothing graphic, no tongue, just a bigger kiss. its so cute (in my opinion). i see other couples that are alwas all over eachother and im just like, *omg can you stop touching her for 3 seconds* but if its little things then i think its cute.

me and zach aren't that big on PDA we hold hands in public and sometimes kiss but thats pretty much it. if we're like at the movies or someone's house or something then we get a little more into it but not like freaky...PDA doesn't really bother me but that doesn't mean i'm going to do it...
