pch cashout problem

I'm not sure if it is just me, or a sign of things to come. I cashed out on Nov 17 , and I'm still "processing". I emailed them, and was told that they had a backlog from Christmas time.

I think pch and lp are run by memolink which worries me. I also read they started a "new" site like pch and lp, but what's the point of joining if I don't get paid.

Is it just me?

I cashed out twice before our Dec. 2003 WDW trip and received both certificates about a week apart. It took about 3-5 weeks to receive them - but no problems! Just hang in there!

Yeah... they sent out the rewards today... guess I'll go join the new one.
