pch and lucky points help

I looked at the newbie howto thread... but it was pretty dated, and didn't mention pch or lucky points.
I've just joined, and i'm looking for a list of what i need to do daily, weekly, monthly to make sure I get all the points I can.

Is it just a daily site to visit and trivia?

Daily site and daily trivia. Sometimes there is the "10 pts for trying to answer this survey" link on the homepage. I don't always spot those. I'm not sure if anyone has figured out yet if they're weekly. They also send emails that are worth 10 pts for clicking on the link. I can't think of anything else. I've never shopped through them.
