Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I did call back and after talking to three agents, I was able to book this room! If it weren't for your help, I wouldn[t have known enough to ask for it! Thanks Dis'ers!!!!!

We are a family of five and last year we were told we had to get a deluxe room with a sofa since we had five.When we arrived no sofa.Front desk told us sofas are not a quarantee.I would bring a air mattress just in case.

I don't know how long you are staying but also check into the AP rates, the deluxe room at PBH when we are going is $334 a night but with the AP rate it drops to $234 a night. If your staying more than one night then that would make up the difference in a AP pass.

Sometimes they have PINS too that come out that can be just as good or better than the AP rates.

They did tell me there was no guarantee of the sofa, but I am still happy to have a chance at it! It would be great not to have to deal with the roll away or an air matress. We will be flying so if we needed a matress, we would probably go buy one in FL and just leave it there! Thanks again to all! You listen soooo much better than my husband!

We stayed in a deluxe at HRH. The sofa bed was completely broken & could not be used. We just took the mattress out & used that on the floor, which worked just fine for our 13 year old, so if you can't bring a blow up mattress & get a horrible sofa, just take the mattress out & use that.
