We are staying at the PBH May 21 - 25. Because of some info I found on this site, I became a member of the Lowe's YouFirst program. I will mention this at check-in. We are now booked into a double queen "garden view" room. Does mentioning my YouFirst membership and asking for an "upgrade" typically work? What upgrade is usually granted? Also, I have heard that getting a room in the west wing is best because it is closer to the boat launch to CityWalk and closer to the hotel lobby. Is this correct? Thanks in advance . . . I'm new to these boards and they have proven valuable.

Yes we stayed in West Wing, and its closer to the boat, would say there is about the same to Lobby from West and East wings
