PBH vs. HRH

I'm trying to decide between the PBH and the HRH. I have one child who is 9. Which one do you think is better and why?

Children generally prefer the HRH. PBH is very quiet. HRH has a very active pool area and is more lively. Also, it's very easy to just walk to the parks from HRH.

I'm wondering the same thing! I have narrowed it down to the Hard Rock Club Level or Portofino Bay Butler Villa.

I'm anxious to read some of the replies.

Have they brought back the Butler service at the PBH??? I am trying to make the same decision. Only I have four little ones; 10, 7, 5, 3. I am used to all of the activity and noise so it may be really nice for us to be in a "quieter" environment. Still, I would prefer the "club" level than a regular room so that may limit us to the HRH. I would like to hear more about both hotels.
