PBH vs. HRH

HELP
I can't decide between the PBH and the HRH! What are the pros and cons of both. I want to stay at a nice resort, not to touristy but not too removed from the fun of universal.

PBH feels the most removed. HRH is a lot closer to the parks and Citywalk. Personally, I go for the hotel that gives me the best deal.
