PBH rooms vs. RPR or HRH rooms?

I'm curious as to the size of the PBH rooms. The website states that they are 475 sq. feet vs. 335 and 375 sq. feet respectively at RPR and HRH. An extra 100 sq. feet sounds enormous and would be GREAT for our family with 3 boys IF the extra footage is in the room itself rather than giving us a longer hallway or putting it into the bathroom. Does anyone know the comparison between the actual room itself? Is it really that much bigger than the other hotels' rooms? I know PBH has bigger bathrooms in the deluxe, but what about their standard room? With 3 boys, I really don't care about having a big bathroom. I want a big ROOM for the 5 of us to be able to spread out and not be lying/sitting on top of each other whenever we're in the room. Looking on the website, the PBH rooms don't really seem that much bigger. They pretty much look like a standard size room. I was expecting with that much square footage you could fit a couple of sofas in there and still not be squished! :)

Am I making sense?? :) Can anyone help? Trying to decide if switching to PBH would make more sense for my family even though we hate having to wait for boats and prefer to walk, but we'll sacrifice that in order to have a BIG room! :)

It really is a big difference in the actual room itself. There's even a VERY noticable difference between the HRH's 375 and RPR's 335. I would not stay in a standard room at the RPR again (just did this past Friday) and I could absolutely not see 5 people in there. It'd still be tight at the Hard Rock but a little better and more than plenty at the Portofino. I hate to pay the extra at PBH but if you want space, it's the way to go.
HTH!

PBH has an approx 10 x 7 bath
actual room might be a lil bigger than hrh

What are their ages? I would not go with RP. They are cozy, but that's with 2-4 people. If they think Rock and Roll is cool the HRH would be good and try a Deluxe Room is the price is good. The HRH location is great.

I have stayed at PBR and even though the room might feel a little bigger, the majority of the square footage is in the bathroom. But man, is that bathroom incredible. Actually, I was surprised that the "sleeping" room didn't feel any bigger than it was. The hallway is pretty wide into the room. Don't get me wrong, the rooms are gorgeous, but it didn't seem huge to me; just the bathroom. (FYI: I was in a Deluxe room and I think the bathroom is even bigger in it.)
