PBH Room Request--Please Help

I've booked a room at PBH for Aug 1-6. I'm a YOuFirst Gold member and I was automatically upgraded to a Queen Deluxe room. My party consists of myself, my husband, and 3 boys--ages 14, 13, and 8. I'd like to be close to a swimming pool, food area, and boat transportation. Is this possible--are there Queen Deluxe rooms that meet these criteria? If so, where are they?

We are so excited about this trip. Hopefully all 3 boys will meet the height requirements for all major attractions this trip.

Hey - we just returned from the PBH yesterday. We stayed in one of the Seuss suites - room 3151 in the West wing. That is on the ground floor, with French doors facing the harbour, steps from the boat dock - you could look out and see if the boat was coming.

The beach pool was about a two minute walk away; Bice restaurant and the Thirsty Fish were literally steps away. By far the most convenient place for us was Sal's - about a three minute walk across the piazza. It sells sandwiches, pizza, etc., along with beer, juice, pop, treats, etc.

All in all a great location - although it felt a bit "cut-off" from the lobby area. I don't know if that matters much. I also have no idea where the Queen Deluxe rooms are located - but you could always enquire if there are ones in the West facing the harbour.

It's a great hotel - have a blast!

Thanks! SHould I call the hotel directly a few days before our arrival to make the request, or should I make the request now thru Lowes?

We emailed through the "contact hotel" form on the Loews website and it worked just fine.

Are there delux rooms inthe West Wing? I don't know why I thought they were all in the Villa wing.

Yup, we've stayed in a deluxe in the West Wing. Actually, we stayed in a Villa suite in the West wing which includes a deluxe king and a deluxe queen.
