Hello,
We are leaving for Universal in eight days. We are staying at the PBH in a deluxe room. I thought I remember reading somewhere that there are no refridgerators in the rooms. I can't find where I read this now. Did I read correctly? No refridgerators?:sad2:
Thanks in advance for the replies,
Marla

That is correct no empty fridges. Each room has a mini bar that is stocked with no room for personal items. I believe you can rent one for $20-25 a night.

...but if you need the fridge for medicinal or baby reasons, they will comp it for you.

Thanks. That is what I thought. This is the first time we are driving instead of flying and were excited about being able to take bottles of spring water and gatorade. If we pay for the refridgerator for our stay, it doesn't save money for having our own drinks. Oh well it was worth a try.

Thanks,
Marla

Lots of people pick up a styrofoam cooler at the grocery store and keep it full of ice in the bathtub. Very cheap, and does the trick!!!

Thanks. That would work. Do you know if the hotel has ice machines. I have never been to PBH and stayed at RPR back in 2004. In 2004, my younger son was 6 months old and drinking formula so I guess we had one.

Thanks,
Marla
