PBH Experts - Please Help with Room Location

I've already booked 2 rooms bay view. I requested connecting. Now I want to add West Wing and ground floor. Does this room(s) exist? If I can't get connecting on ground floor in West Wing I will have to decide which option is not important.

Other than booking the 'type' of room you require, as with most hotels there are no guarantees of room location. We've been in both the east and west wings and have always enjoyed our stays there. Some PBH room booking types I can think of right now (likely other categories) would be bayview, garden view, villa and deluxe pool rooms that are larger and have view of either beach or villa pools.

I'd suggest calling the hotel directly and have your reservation noted as to your specific requests. You reference ground floor, are you looking for a HC/accessible room? If so, make sure to call.

Depending on the number of people in your party, you might want to consider booking a suite (to sleep at least 6) to guarantee 'connecting' rooms if that is a priority, good luck
