PBH Club Level Rooms ~ reviews please!!

We are staying club level in August and are very excited. We have a 2 queen room (theres 5 of us). Any room suggestions??? Are all the rooms on the same level as the lounge??? How is the food/drinks?? Any cocktails?? Kid friendly choices??? How close to water taxi??? Is it a long way to IOA??? How are the pools?? My kids are real water rats. (and huge Harry Potter fans ) Thanks for any help its appreciated.

The club lounge is very close to the check-in area. You can be anywhere in the hotel and still have club access but they try to put you in close proximity. The water taxi is right outside the west wing which is where you probably will be. It is about a 5 minute boat ride. Go through the PBH dedicated thread for walking shortcuts and other info.

I just started a trip report. We stayed 4 nights in PBH, Club Level. I think I will get to the hotel post tomorrow morning. Lots of pictures!

Room 2360.

We had two queen beds with a pull out sofa bed.

No balcony (I was told there are only a couple of rooms with balconies in the villa wing) and the view was of scrubby bushes.

I have started wade through it. There is alot of good information but I was a little confused about CL rooms and room requests for a CL stay.

Is the Club Level Lounge on the 1st floor?? How do they make sure you "belong" ??
