PB&J milkshake at 50's PTC

Does anyone know if you can walk into 50's PTC and get a PB&J milkshake to go or if there is any snack bar or CS that sells them?

I will enter 50s PTC, walk up to the first bra I see, and order a milkshake.

Nope- not on the list and usually snacks are under $4 and this is over that I believe

Snack credits can't be used at TS restaurants - and unless I am mistaken, dining credits can't be used at bars or lounges at all.
