why am i having so much trouble downloading this

i log in - click profile and look in the heading financial information but there is no option for the virtual debit card - what could be the reason why i do not have this option in my profile

can someone please help me - thanks

when I log into my account its right on the left hand side under Enhance my account.

also fyi if you are using it for reawards programs..... they are not 1 time use number.. they do seem to expire at the end of the following month after you generate the number.

Also make sure you write down the credit card number and what offer you did it with. You can go back later to find out.

Hi ladies, I just want to let you know that there have been many many complaints with the virtual debit cards.

All the complaints were about how it is connected to your backup funding like your checking account.
There have been people who have unauthorized charges and it goes through because they used the virtual debit card. Apparently it automatically links it to your account until you manually go into your profile and unlink the back up funding.
since i dont have many posts, i'm not allowed to link to paypal's help center, but here are their instructions:

Follow these steps to remove Backup Funding for your PayPal Virtual Debit Card:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click Profile.
3. Click the PayPal Virtual Debit Card link in the Financial Information column.
4. Click the Edit button.
5. Select No backup funding.
6. Click Submit.

But this is still impossible since there is no option to have "no backup funding"..there is a glitch in PayPal's system and it doesnt show for most of us.

This is completely different from their physical card. I use their debit card with no problems and if there are charges that exceed my PP funds, it gets rejected.

Just a heads up...i dont like to keep seeing these shady companies take advantage of us.
