Payouts on Netwinner????

How long does it usually take for a payout on Netwinner???? I was able to get enough points on the special birthday bash they had to cash out for a 25.00 gc. Thats been a couple of weeks ago and then it has just said pending. Just wondering for anyone with experience from them, since this is my first time. Thanks.

It's been taking a little over 60 days. You will see your status go from Pending to Approved to Fulfilled. When you reach Fulfilled you will know that your GC has been mailed.

Yeah, I earned mine before that birthday celebration thing. I really didn't expect it for a long time because I heard it takes so long. I'm almost to my second card.

Don't hold your breath! I have a $25 GC that is due from February. It has been marked fulfilled since March! I have filed several inquiries and I just get the run around. They recently finally added a form you could fill out if you have fulfillment issues. I filled it out and sent it and still nothing. I know some people have gotten paid. But Netwinner is very difficult to tell with if you have any issues.

ACK that is terrible - I am desperately trying to finish up 25,000 to send off for a gc that I want to use as a Christmas gift.

Both my DD and I play Netwinner and we have received all of our GCs and cash winnings so far. I know that they have grown rapidly in the last few months so cashouts are taking longer to receive. One of the areas with the most complaints is communication. I hit 5000 points one time and it did not register in my points total. Sent them an e-mail but never heard back. Read on the Netwinner forums that other people were experiencing the same problem. Hopefully, they are working on fixing this issue.
