Payments Online

Has anyone been able to make a payment online for their upcoming cruise? Each time I try to make a payment I get an error. I would like to pay $100 each time I get paid, so that when the balance is due, I will only owe $200. Is it because I used a travel agent? Thanks for your help.

If you used a TA you have to make payments through them. You cannot make them on the DCL website.

Yes, your TA will have to apply the payments.

As others said if you have a TA they have to make the payments. My TA hasn't taken over my newest cruise yet and I made a payment this morning with no problem.

Thanks. That's what I figured. Too bad they don't just let you make the payments online. Next cruise I will feel more confident to book myself.

Depending on your TA, you may be able to make payments online through the TA's website. Worth checking into if you prefer doing online payments instead of calling or emailing.

I pay mine online through my TA. The advantage to the TA is they can usually get you on board ship credits while the cost of the cruise remains the same.

We're paying monthly with our Disney credit card. Each month my TA send me an email indicating my payment has been made. Easy peasy and I don't have to remember to make a payment!
