Payments on line

I have always made payments on our trips on line, but now can't find where to do that. I am registered, and have everything on My Disney experience, but no where to pay on line. Can anyone tell me how to do this. Thanks.

sometimes it doesn't work in MDE. Log into the website, find where to order Custom Maps, click on that and it will take you to the "old" website where you can make a payment.

Good Luck! I too have always made payments online but since the new website, I have not been able to make even one payment online. No matter how many times I've tried, I get the same message and it doesn't let me so I had to call and pay over the phone. I've heard some folks have been successful but I wasn't with either of my two trips this year - VERY FRUSTRATING!

This hint worked beautifully, it does take you to the "old" site, but sadly once I came upon my RO ressie there wasn't a link to make an online payment.

strange, I just checked and today I can see mine in MDE and the option is there to make a payment. I have a package booked, maybe that's the reason? I can usually navigate around MDE better on my computer than my tablet. I want to make a payment this weekend, hope the website will work.

I was JUST thinking about this last night and poking around their revamped site to find the online payment page. It is not easy to find or intuitive at all. You have to do a bit of digging to find it.

Sign into your account. On the upper right hand corner of the page, under MDE click on "My Reservations." That should show you any linked reservations you may have and give you a small link that says "Make a Payment" right next to balance owed.

Did you book online through the WDW site or did you book through a travel agent? I don't know if it's the reason, but we booked through a TA and I just assumed that is why I don't see an online payment option.

I booked mine in February and just made my last payment last night YAY but anyway, I've paid mine online this whole time. You have to go to My Reservations, wait for it to completely load and then, it will show how much you still owe. Click on that and then you can make a payment. Good Luck!

This worked for me once it loaded I could put it to giftcard and then make a payment.

My understanding is that if it is "room only" you don't have the option to pay online. Unlike packages (tickets+room or dinning plan+room) that you can pay as you go.

I emailed Disney about not being able to pay online. I received a reply back that some reservations may be paid online, however if your ressie doesn't have a link, you can't.
I was tempted to send him back an email that said, WELL DUH! LOL!
