Payment ?

Hello all! I mailed a check a week ago to pay off my package for 11/27-12/3. I called today, and it still shows a balance on my account (i.e no check yet). The very nice CM I talked to said that sometimes it takes up to 2 wks. for payment to post/clear... has anyone else had this experience? I am getting a little nervous Thanks!

I've had this experience with Amazon. LoL. It took about 2 weeks for my check to clear 1. because of mailing it and 2. because out of state checks take longer to clear. Hope that helps!

You could also check with your bank to see if the check has gone thru. It is possible that it has cleared the bank but not posted on your account.

OT. Where are you at in Central IL?

Thanks for your replies... I have online checking so I know the check hasn't cleared. I'm sure everything is fine but as the trip gets closer I tend to obsess!! I am in Decatur BTW... Pride of the Prairie

As an admitted obsessed Disney fan -- and planning my fun activities for my solo business trip next week, I've been perusing this site. Couldn't help but notice a Disney fan from Rantoul. Lived there from 1979 - 1985. Haven't been back since 1988 -- but Rantoul holds a HUGE place in my heart.

Were you at Chanute? I grew up in Champaign, but hung out with ALOT of fly boys The town is actually doing great now. It struggled a bit when the base closed, but things have definitely turned around.

That wasn't my experience. I paid off our trip last month. They received it on Sept 28th, I always send checks with a USPS tracer so I can check online to see if it's been delivered, and it cleared my bank on the 30th.
