I am due to pay the for the rest of my wedding on the 18th of April, I have already paid the minimum, so I'm just paying the rest. My question is, what if I add/remove something between the 18th and my wedding? Do I pay for that after the wedding? I change my mind a lot, and I have 2 guests who are not coming at the mo, but they haven't cancelled their flights yet, I will still be able to add them back on right?

If your planner doesn't adjust your BEO between now and April 18 and you pay an amount that changes later, they will take any overage out of your deposit and/or send you a bill for what went over. OR, if it goes down, you'll get a refund.

We recieved a refund check a few weeks after the wedding because we over paid for some reason (maybe paid for extra people?).
