On today's Podcast, Teresa mentioned the new plan to offer Florida residents a payment plan for their Annual Passes. Pete suggested that Disney should offer this to ALL passholders.

I just wanted to mention that at Disneyland this program has been in place for awhile and while it's offered for all levels of passes, only Southern California residents can sign up for the payment plan.

So, Pete, while you're ranting about them expanding the offer at WDW, throw us a bone here in Northern & Central California too. :rotfl2:

EDIT: It wasn't Teresa that brought it up, it was Kevin.

If Disney is going to offer a payment plan on their annual passes then it should be available to everyone, not just a certain group of people. I have been a continuous premium annual passholder since 1993. If I am told that I am inelligible for the payment plan because I live in Massachusetts and not Florida it will feel as though I am being slapped in the face and that they do not appreciate my business. Offering a payment plan to all would not be risky or hurt the bottom line, in fact it would probably enable more folks to make the purchase because they wouldn't have to pay out all the money all at once. If more people have passes they will be able to visit more often and spend more money. I think it would be a win win. I don't have to renew until December, so we will see what happens then.
