Payment on Disneyworld.com

Last year, I swear I was able to go to Disneyworld.com and pull up our reservation and make a payment thru the site. Now all I can do is pull up the dates, cannot see the balance due or make a payment. Is online payment no longer offered, or am I just not finding it for some reason?

I’ve been making payments towards our December trip on-line. After you pull up your reservation scroll down about halfway to where it shows your reservation number and information. If you click on your reservation number, you should get a screen showing how much you owe and what payments you’ve made. I know that a few times I went out and the button wasn’t there so maybe they were having problems when you were looking.

IN the last month I have not been able to see my reservation unless I actually put in the confirmation number (the old way you could just put in your email address and password). After I put in the confirmation number I can see everything.....maybe that would work?

Thanks for the info. I have been putting in my reservation number and my name and the dates come up, but i can't seem to figure out anything else! I'll look again. Thanks!

If you booked online with the old BRP system, you can't pay online. Gotta pay when you check in.

I believe that if you made a room only reservation by calling CRO, you can''t make payments online. That is what has happened to me. Need to call to make more payments
