Payment for room only reservation

Hi. Please excuse most likely a dumb question. This will be my first trip to WDW since 2004 and I have always booked a package through a travel agency. We are staying at CBR August 21 - 29th. We booked our room but not a package. We paid our deposit but I was wondering when we pay the balance? I went onto the My Disney experience but couldn't find anything. Thank you so much!

Since you booked a Room Only (RO) reservation the balance is due when you check-in. Disney wants you to do Online check-in and attach a credit card. Using this method your balance will be charged to your credit card early on the morning of your arrival at the resort.

If you want to pre-pay part or all of the remaining balance before you arrive you will have to call Disney to make any payments. Only packages can be paid online.
